A graduate of William and Mary, I also served in the US Air Force.  I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a trained Health Coach through Duke University’s prestigious Duke Integrative Medicine. In addition, I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health.  My favorite aspect of life is not only maintaining my own health but also providing support to my clients through health coaching, wellness education, exercise programming, and mentorship.  I absolutely delight in helping others reach their fitness goals, and I thoroughly enjoy encouraging people, coaching, educating, observing personal transformation, and positively influencing lives.

Jenna Chalk

Jenna’s passion for fitness started as a need to process the stresses of college. She studied Biology as an undergraduate at UNC- Chapel Hill and later earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the same university in 2011. Since practicing dentistry, Jenna has continued to pursue her fitness interests. She loves the emphasis on precision, breath, and form that Pilates and barre offer. She received her barre certification through Pulsepointe Barre earlier this year and plans to pursue further Pilates education as time allows. She loves when her students feel accomplished and centered after class and when this feeling translates to life outside of class. Away from the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband, Evan, and (soon to be) three boys! She also loves her two labs, horse, and the great outdoors.
